My great friend Jules gave me an early Christmas present this year. Being a cool product connoisseur, Jules closely investigated the heaps of great concoctions Jean-Pierre ships from show to show this time of year. This year the star of said shows was JP's Truffle Sea Salt. A teeny pinch of this potent salt was the all the punch my chicken wild rice soup needed to take it to a new flavour depth.
